I think i should break it for y’all bit by bit.
There’s nothing has to explain like they had already been over and as we already know both of them have different ways of living okay. She had when wanting children, a family, house, and many more other stuffs but she felt like she was basically looking after him (Gaeul or smth, the ex basically.) basically he was dependent on her alright she had taking care of herself while she had been helping him compose the lyrics of the songs and staff and the only thing that kept the relationship going was that she liked them, or rather both of them liked each other.
Meanwhile Gaeul on the hard he was he didn’t the heart touch screen he cut off her words when she was talking about a family stuff car the house and the children stuff and all so I believe that jihoon was pretty much burnt out. While they had already broken up long ago I believe Gaeul trying to come back to, while she had been trying to move on. Come on they had already broken up long go, like what do you guys mean u feel bad for gaeul😭😭 both of the broke up and this guy kept wanting to come back mean while she didn’t want to so what’s wrong with that?
One is supposed to move on. Both had to. Jihoon decided to move on, while Gaeul kept ignoring her words. GAEUL IS LIKE A FREE LIVING GUY. HE’S CAREFREE AND CARELESS BOTH.
OF COURSE NOW PUT YOURSELF IN HER POSITION.
ONE SIDE WE HAVE A GUY WHO’S NOT SURE OF HAVING CHILDREN, NOR INVITING OTHERS TO THEIR WEDDING, WHICH IS PRETTY MUCH ONE SIDED, LOOKING AT HOW HE DIDN’T CONSIDER WHAT JIHOON WANTED, KEPT TALKING, COMING CLOSE TO JIHOON WHENEVER HE WANTED, SLEEPING OVER HER PLACE EVEN THO SHE REJECTED HIM AND ALL.
WHILE ON THE OTHER HAD YOU HAVE A GUY WHO IS SO CONSIDERED THAT EVEN IF YOU GET SICK YOUR BRING MEDICINE FOR YOU HERE WE TAKE CARE OF YOU, HE WOULD DRIVE YOU HOME HE HAVE A JOB HE IS GENTLE AND HIS VERY CARING AND STUFF. HE HAS GOALS HE HAD YES HOUSE AS A LAST HE TAKES CARE OF WHAT SHE HAS BEEN FEELING WHAT SHE WANTS TO EAT PAY SKIPS WHAT HE HAD YOUR PLANNING TO DO JUST BE WITH HER AND STUFF ALL THIS WHILE HE IS GOOD DOING HIS JOB AND STUFF.
I FEEL LIKE MR KANG, IS MUCH MIRE STABLE AND FIT TO BE A PERFECT LIFE PARTNER JUST LIKE JIHOON WANTED 🙂
GAEUL NEEDS TO WORK HARDER.
Just because he wanted to give back everything she spent on him, the car etc etc like yk whatever he had used upto till now, IT DOESN’T MEAN THE OTHER PERSON WOULD KEEP WAITING FOR HIM. LIFE’S SHORT HE WAS ALREADY 30, SHE HAS HER OWN DREAMS. THIS ISN’T A SWEET PARADISE WHERE YOU CAN BE WITH A JOBLESS PERSON WHO JUST SMOKES AND SMILES AND IS HANDSOME YK? Jihoon didn’t do anything wrong in my opinion.

I definitely agree w @Boonahcuelars maybe im just weak and indecisive idk but im dropping this 🙏🏻 im not mature enough to continue reading this story. My heart feels so bad for gaeul. Overall a really great romance story<3

Honestly, it’s still pretty sad to see that her and gaeul are no longer together, even though there wasn’t really a lot of their relationship backstory, but it feels as if we’ve gotten that backstory somehow, and it feels similar to when you get that gut feeling of when your parents argue and you know what’s gonna happen next (that’s somewhat the best I could explain the feeling as), and yeah etc. But it’s for the best of both of them because though they were a good match in my perspective at least, it may be better now that they’re apart and split up so they can focus on their lives and goals.

Long story short, it’s better for jiyoon and gaeul to split so they can focus on themselves and their lives without being “brought down” (<-dk what word I'm looking for) by lingering feelings and reoccurring memories from the relationship they were once in. (Thx for reading my "essay" that I didn't intend on typing, but I hope it made some sense idk TuT)
