   i think its more about the knowledge, also some stuff cant be found in skills. like experience etc which a master could help with.
   honestly dont think its that bad.

   Why would someone hire a party member instead of just buying more skills and items? You could make yourself incredibly op by investing in yourself but instead you pay someone else to fight for you. Wut?
