I think you are misunderstanding the type of immortality she will be given.. she will only be given 5 years.. but during those 5 years.. she cannot be harmed, its only a temporary immortality.
Maybe it would be ether to let her go? He’s eventually gonna get old and pass away of old age, what about her fate after that? Let her go naturally while you’re both able to.
