The girl knows the story from the novel perspective while our mc knows the story from the game perspective (which was a dating sim game which would definitely have multiple scenario depending on the route the game mc flame take). He also did mention early of this story that the game is related to the novel but there’s changes and differences from the novel. I’m still not sure how the game actually works but he has been playing as Baek Yuseol for 10 years who in the game ended up in F class. The event probably happened in detail if he follows the characters in S class route.
