   While I can agree with you on this, their relationship was never the highlight on this manhwa imo, Melina was always the thing that got me coming back. Since the MLs varied from meh to bad, duke’s relationship with the MC is basically non existent(though he has a good reason to be absent I’ll give him that) and the worldbuilding and history aren’t that well thought-out and not that original. But I say that the entertainment value of the story more than make up for these flaws and when you compare to some of the unreadable garbage that exist on out there, I say this is a solid manhwa.

   well this story is starting to get messed up, and i just can’t see the duke as her father he is so ausent that for me he is just her sponsor
