I agree with ColorSchemed.
The FL has a TON of unaddressed trauma and I think the vision of her future solidified some bitterness in her that will take some time to melt.
I love that along with the bitterness, she realized that chasing after her parents or trying to prove herself worthy of love and recognition have already set her along the path of healing. She has to let go of these toxic people and their expectations-figure out what she wants.
But she’s also gotta figure out how who she really is. Her natural inclination is to maintain peace and give credit where it’s due (ex: her maid). I think Judith and the good people around the FL will naturally begin to help her learn balance and what real love and affection are.

I’m glad she’s already showing that she’s contradicting herself. She never wanted to care about her but becasue she couldn’t help it she made this new plan even if she’s still the “villain” in the plan. She sees herself in Judith and wether she likes it or not she’s already getting attached to her.

I like that she can’t just turn back to a normal kid again. Her mothers neglect and abuse, her father draining her magic whenever he wants, and being the role model for so many people? She’s twisted; change is unlikely, however I think maybe just maybe she’ll learn to properly care for Judith.
