K, Opinion time. Feel free to disagree and reply if you feel I’m wrong. o(≧∀≦)o I agree w/ her co-workers but not at the same time. One person shouldn’t reflect the whole female part of the team and or company. If someone says that you should do the grunt of the work because you’re a woman would be sexist and is cause for complaint to higher ups. And just because she’s pushover doesn’t make ALL women pushovers. If she can’t say no, you can. She doesn’t represent all female workers in your company. Than again, this takes place in Korea and I know stuff if different there.

The mc is such a pushover. Escaping into another world and writing novels with lofty morals when she cannot take a stand for herself is disingenuous. And the female co worker was right….they try to help her but she makes all female employees look stupid with her tendency to do grunt work just to avoid standing off with her workplace bullies.
