So th fl is in l9love with her husband (a LOT ) but he love her little sister, so in the first timeline her sister died and her husband accused her cause she kinda got insane and thought that maybe he will love her so she smiled but when she realised what she thought her husband already saw her and accused her for killing the little sister so she was locked in a little room , and she regressed, in the second timeline she said if she save her sister she will not be accused so she will continue a good life with her husband but the sister got gravely ill and when her husband got to see the sister well she got informed that she was pregnant but didn’t tell him, when she got to see her sister well, the sister told her that she likes he husband so she doesnt want to be alone, so she told her husband that she’s pregnant and he got angry I think and said “is this child even mine” so he left her pregnant and when she give birth we’ll she died so technically her little sister and husband will take it so when she woke up she got angry and started telling them to gave her Bach her baby (the gard was the only person who was with her in the difficult moments)
