By that logic Chillmaxwell, if any of her brothers or her father started to but in the effort to be nice to her after they abused and ignored her all her life, she should just forgive them because they are trying right? Like your logic has validity but overall doesn’t make much sense when you look at the bigger picture. And she has a solid point. If he comes back to his senses and doesn’t remember the time he spent loving her, he will just ignore her again. How is that fair to her?

I don’t think she’s being stupid or what. Just imagine that when someone who doesn’t really care about you and such, then after he lost his memories he started to care which is definitely fcked up. you’ll start to be scared that one day he will be back his memories and to what he used to be. I can really feel that she’s scared and a bit hopeful tbh

Honestly she is starting to get in my nerves. I understand how hurt she has been but when someone is actively trying to make a change and you completely disregard their efforts she is going to make him act the same as before. He genuinely is trying to make amends and she being an idiot is ruining it. I read the novel a bit and had to stop being she was being so stupid
