Actually he did cheat on her, he was only pretending, because he was in love with his wife and think or should I say misunderstood that, she was cheating on him with his childhood friend on his back (he was going to give her necklace but saw her with childhood friend who is in love with her and in the past try to forced himself to her and misunderstood that they have an affair)so, l think he try to make her feel how she feels and pretend to have an affair with his secretary, he was really in love with her , and fall in love with her again when he lost his memory but misunderstood her again that she had an affair but this time he didn’t do anything bad to her, he save her tree time or more in this story and one of his enemies publish his cheating history in news , when his wife (fl) find out about this, she tell all of the story of his cheating to him and l guess she asked for divorce (but I am not sure because I don’t know Korean)so after that he was so hurt and the secretary was come to his meating by his enemy to ruin him and when he saw her,he collaps and remember everything, that how much he loves her and the first person he thinks when he was about to die was her , so when he saw her by him side after he wakes up, he cry so much and apologies to her
