She doesn’t have to accept him as a partner, as a said it’s one thing she doesn’t want anything to do with Him but no matter what he’s still her father accepting his helps doesn’t mean to have him involved 24/7 with her and Greta life bro he literally said he just wanted them to be happy and he already did try to help her from the shadows it the FL that literally “doesn’t want anything to do with him” and it’s clearly stated that it stems from her fear of being abandoned by him. She’s being way too emotional especially with now lots of people knowing her existence as I said again it’s Also only a matter of time the ML is known as Greta’s real father and by that time it would be already too late.

Her situation is very similar to FL in “sierra” and if you read it (if not read it it’s very good very recommended) the FL tried to runaway from the ML until the ML literally goes to extreme for her and their daughter before she finally relent to marrying the ML but ofc lots of complicated things happen because she refused the ML and the daughter return to her position late but she had solid reason to not accepting the ML but still what she did was emotionally driven same as FL here. I’m not saying it’s wrong even IRL people are emotional and irrational but still I’m calling it as what it is instead of just justifying it.

SHET, I HATE THE FL, Idiotic and all that. She’s not even thinking about her own child. A child needs her father, even if they didn’t see them, it still affects them.
Also, doesn’t she want a better life for Greta??? Not to mention, it’s clear that she still loves him.

I’m considering dropping this, the female lead is so annoying and so stupid all the time, why are you being like this? its not the Male Leads fault that he got sent to war, it was an order from the emperor himself, and she keeps on blaming him for the Emperor’s summons for him and her, LIKE WHAT? Litteraly dropping this as this FL is too stupid, I’m so mad because it was a waste of time. Fl doesn’t know what she wants. She just likes to be influenced, living in denial and don’t even consider ML. Blushing for a new man ok but why going to see your ex the second you know he is sick?! Blaming him for the summons as if it was ML’s fault…. He’s willing to put everything on the line for and she’s just a selfish and ungrateful! I’m outta here

In my opinion, the FL is really stupid. I understand her fear especially when dealing with high society nobles where you don’t know the real or fake. Being a noble is already a battlefield but isnt the ML already the 2nd most powerful in the empire, just below the Emperor. She can actually use that as an advantage. No one would dare to look down on them (well if they were together as family). But I think they can slowly solidify their position until its stable. The FL is already strong-willed if she put her mind to it. and also, I hate that she didn’t let the ML a chance to be the father of their child. Both have their own difficulties in their 7 years and i think they need to have a serious and heart-to-heart talk about it.

To be honest Ella is being a bitch from start to end Cassius has no fault…..what can he do he send letters regularly….and Ela the bitch started seeing or considering another man even if it was bcz of her mother’s influence…..just making things complicated….and what how will she live in capital, how will she travel a journey of 1 month…stupid bitch like you are living a luxury and peacefully in village where everyone criticize her and live in poverty

There are a lot of dangers, she’s probably worried about her daughter. Cassius being alive and wanting to be with them isn’t the thing that scares her. It’s the attention and possible danger that can submit her family and her herself to the dangers. I mean if it isn’t only her then her sisters and daughter too could be submitted to danger- so I understand her fear but she’s kinda stupid sometimes.

I think this is a matter of fear over matter and logic. Although she’s stupid it seems as though she’s confused as well. Probably overwhelmed by emotions of Grief, being scared and also Disbelief-. Fear of the Emperor and Being Trapped is One Thing. The other is fear of her child being taken away from her + them being judged or hecked assassinated in one way or another by some noble house who hates Cassius. In her case with Edwin I think it’s about him taking care of her mother for free and her mother basically gaslight manipulated her into believing it’s her duty to fall for him. That’s my interpretation. She rejects Cassius for all these things… Sure allies but. It’s better to be safe than knowing you’re in danger for something you can’t control.

It’s one thing that she doesn’t want anything to do with the ML but she had to understand how complicated the situation is once the people know who’s the father of Greta they won’t leave her alone it’s not just going to be her anymore. She needs Ally as much as possible as Greta’s father is the most powerful ally she could get I don’t understand why she refused his helps, I think she’s too emotional at the moment and didn’t think objectively if she really treasure her daughter she should set aside her emotion and takes the ML help before anything happens to Greta

A question that’s keep hanging in my mind since the FL is so annoying and stupid, I’m a single mom myself too but I just don’t get it why she keeps rejecting the ML when he didn’t really abandon them intentionally.. like gurl? I get that you’re angry and all but you should be thankful that he came back and ready to start a life with you again and your daughter, his finally wanna throw everything for the both of you.. He wants to be a father to his daughter and fill up the time his not there for her and for you too. Why not accept it? Or at least give it a try. Nothing is impossible, after all he did say his sorry. 🙄😔

I get where she’s coming from raising a child alone could be traumatic . But its not like ml purposefully abandoned them. He has to go to war, its not like he faked his death, he also tried to send letters but unfortunately she didnt got it. Moreover the war took quite a toll on him. Even after returning he’s been respectful towards not forcing his way out. IK 7 years a lot most of people move on and i respect that but as a father he has full right to see his child. She didn’t tell him she was with a child before the war. And now she’s distancing the child from her father. Even in the harsh battlefield never once he stopped loving her. In my opinion she’s being unnecessary harsh on him , i just dont get what he did wrong it was just the circumtances not on his side.
