If she had just a bit more brains, independence, and common sense, the plot would have wrapped up much faster! 🚀💨

   👰💍 Demia is the definition of a dependent character—easily manipulated 🤡🕸, unable to think for herself 🤯, and constantly waiting for someone else to make decisions for her. 😵‍💫 Her first marriage is the perfect example: she ties the knot with a man she barely knows, despite being childhood friends (he has a twisted personality) 🤷‍♀️💔—a cold-hearted manipulator 🎭👿 who abandons her shortly after their wedding to chase his own ambitions in the capital. 🏙️✨ Meanwhile, she is left behind to suffer at the hands of her cruel mother-in-law 👹🏠, who treats her like a servant. 🧹🥀 And the worst part? Her husband knows all about it and does absolutely nothing to help her! 🧊💀 Instead, he ensures she remains weak and submissive, completely breaking her spirit. 😞🔒

   💬 And yet… the story isn’t completely awful. It has potential, but it’s utterly ruined by how hollow Demia is as a protagonist. Too often, fl are written as passive, helpless figures, waiting for their prince charming 🤴🐎✨ to sweep in and solve all their problems. Where is the depth? Where is the growth? 🤨❓ These characters are so empty 🫗💨 that it becomes frustrating to watch.

   To clarify the FL is NOT an airhead. She got “abused” – physically from her mother-in-law and psychogical from both MIL and husband. She got a huge trauma trough that. Only people who got trough the same or similar know, that its very hard to break free from this abuse. She take on feet after another to get trough and earn her freedom trough her childhoodfriend and ML..
   The only thing I find bad is, how she “forgot” sometimes the issue that she should get a divorce…Hopefully it comes to her mind soon (chapter46)
