Having experienced the life she lived until adulthood it’s hard to get over such a thing, that’s why it’s called PTSD. Most people wouldn’t understand that when confronting your problems (in this case the cause of her PTSD) head-on it could cause a lot of emotional stress and could lead to a break down. However, people do tend to try to face their problems to grow stronger even though it takes time and knowing the fact that it could cause breakdowns. I believe people who face their problems head-on are the most strongest people because I for one have troubles facing my problems especially if they are the root cause of my PTSD.
