@EvalleB he’s just another asshole just like those guild members, he was friends with the MC because they were on the same level before, now that he got stronger and MC is still the same, he would naturally discard him and make friends with people his own level. I know people like that in real life, definitely not suitable to be friends with them.

What’s that ex-friend’s problem? He’s upset MC beat up his old guild mates? But he’s ignored MC for years and actually watched MC get bullied and harassed by them (for years). If this is about honour, he has none. He’s probably just jealous MC is up and coming so he can’t look down on him anymore.
