When the weak and unconfident Choi Yikyung first found out that he was a user, he thought he had finally hit the jackpot. In Yikyung’s mind, Necromancy seemed like the ultimate mix of cool and interesting. Back then, he had no idea that the Necromancer class was the weakest of them all! But as Yikyung enters the newly reopened Tower of Spirits in search of enhancement materials, he is sucked into a mysterious area of the dungeon where he encounters a frightening corpse. “Ding!” A quest window pops up, and it says… “You have made a pact with Seo Dawon, a vengeful spirit.” When tackling quests, it doesn’t hurt to have a companion or two, especially if one of them is the spirit of an ultra powerful and handsome young man. After all, “it’s dangerous to go alone”!

I have been looking forward to updates on this story for a year, which has completely captivated me, its plot is very well developed and exciting. I am fascinated by how the story of each character and their revenge goes deeper. It’s a fantastic story, and there are still two characters to be introduced. I just hope they update it soon. I don’t understand why it has a low rating since it really is great. I hope they don’t abandon it and continue it very soon.

Honestly, I don’t get why this has a pretty low rating?
Action Bl isn’t common, which is why I like this story, it’s slow-burn which helps develop character depth and relationships, instead of it being romance centered, it has a nice action and character balance, it’s not too focused on action nor is it too focused on character interactions. Each character has a unique backstory, it has a good revenge plot that is realistically carried out. The main character although weak is constantly developing, he’s not OP which is something that I appreciate, you get to see him work hard to get better and stronger instead of hiding behind others or magically becoming OP.
My only complaint is the pacing, although the pacing is fair (there’s a lot of plot so it makes sense for the story to take time to progress) it still feels frustrating because it’s not fast enough.
overall though, it’s a good read.
