Her body is weaker than average humans and cannot be a proper vessel for White Magic which requires a very strong vitality, but that is the reason the Guardian of Light made a contract with her. What Adelia doesn’t know is that as time passes, he body becomes stronger and more envigorated due to the influence of her contract with Kai. Right now, I am guessing that she might very well be equal to a normal person in terms of bodily condition, or maybe even slightly above a normal human.
