There’s no redemption for the “father.” Regardless of his excuses, if any, she is never at fault. She’s done nothing evil, apart from being a kid, yet he treated her like nothing. There’s not an ounce of care, just blatant hate. As he is, it enable the nanny to abuse her, even if she’s the princess of the country.
