Y’all calling her stupid but it’s not just some reincarnation storyline. What she read is a book of prophecy so of course no matter how she changed, it doesn’t guarantee everyone else will. Even if she is an innocent person it’s easy for the real princess and other nobles to set her up and frame her to make her look like a villain that is trying to commit treason. At the end of the day there is no guarantee the Emperor wouldn’t choose to believe his own blood over her even though he knows her personality. Now that the whole kingdom knows the truth and looks down on her, there will be pressure from all the nobles to get rid of her. Wth do y’all expect her to do besides run away to another country or magic tower to try and live peacefully. Hopefully her biological father finds her and takes her back so that she would at least be safe.
Does people dont get it that it is easier to forgive than forget and she died tragically before and why would she want to die again same way . The father literally treated her badly and I agree with @. . because a would heals but scars remains most of the times . If he didnt listen to the og than how can we trust him and seeing yourself dying painfully is a huge nightmare to most of the people too .

I understand how she feels in regards to the emperor but she’s still dumb in the sense that she wants the follow the stupid “outline” of the future. “The man who loves me MUST fall in love with the real daughter and so I should never feel anything ever.” That whole thinking is stupid. The moment you act differently from how the character originally is, you change the whole outcome and future. That’s a fact. I’m tired of the whole “Must follow everything to a T” cliche.

From that moment on the emperor stoped being a father to her but become a Just the emperor. He never gained her trust nor forgivness she Just had to become someone useful to him to ran away. Philomel never called him dad since she was ten, that was the moment the emperor Left a huge scar in her and IT never healed.
