   Obviously one of the kings be it past one’s or the current one that Imprisoned the God there for greed and then started the legend that it’s a monster that’s has been sealed in their to keep people away from the tower and this childhood event is probably why the king treats Charlotte like a nuisance and mistreates her, the legend of the dark magician and the taboo of magic is probably related to this as well.
