What he did was that he used the force of his opponent to throw him. Basically, MC took his opponent’s energy, then pulled him forward to disbalance him and then, by taking the stance to put his weight on his legs and back, lunged forward. Then using the energy he took from his opponent, he pushed with his full weight.
