I think because this manhwa also has magic stuffs. Well in our REAL WORLD , headaches can be better with just painkillers but in her world maybe it has something to do with magic and the fake doctor’s prescriptions. Sleeping with men will magically heals her headaches right, she did say that there are times she have this bad headache that last whole day. If you we’re her you will desperately do anything to make it better or stop it and in her case sleeping with men is the solution . It’s not her fault, it’s the author’s fault 🤦🏻♀️ kinda fvcked up .
