People are commenting about the age gap on every chapter of this, just about. Yes, it is a bit much. But keep in mind this story comes from China. The gap might be more than most of us are comfortable with, but it wouldn’t be anything criminal there. Age of Consent in China is 14. Like, fully unrestricted Age of Consent. It’s not like most US States where the age of consent is something like 16 but only within a certain age range or if married or whatever and unrestricted is 18. It’s just… 14. Full stop.
I’m not telling you how to feel about the pairing here. But it’s well within bounds for the context of where it was written (even ignoring that the MC’s mind is slightly older than the body she’s currently in, but that part is always a cop out with these kinds of stories anyway).
