i wanna say Jessyca- most likely heinry and the duke close to rashta planned to have her overthrow navier so heinry could marry her. either way, he truly loves her, only her, and wishes for her best. unlike the emperor who divorced her, married rashta, and expected navier to come back and adopt the child of a woman her husband favored for the sake of having an “heir.” also, the foreign duke took that love potion of his own accord “mistaking” that his antidote would work. this whole incident is his fault and he must own up to the mistake he made of taking it.
regarding navier and the former queen, there wasn’t necessarily attempts to be close as friends on either part. the former queen is jealous, wanting heinry to herself. she sent flowers and kind words to look good, not to form a friendship with navier. the former queen is already crossing the line by staying in the palace esp since a new queen has been appointed, as stated in the story. although i do feel the former queen’s maids might be pushing to far and clouding her judgement, overall the former queen never liked navier no matter how sweet she seems. also, i do agree she should learn from somebody more experienced and lets not forget she had heinry. not only that, she could work with the ladies of high society who take on rolls within their own homes and have lived within the western empire long enough to know the ins and outs.
overall, i believe navier hasn’t done much wrong. she’s trying to survive in a dog eats dog society and that doesn’t always come with kind words and true wishes.

However, (and I know that I am going to be roasted for this) I can’t help but think that this is going to have some serious trouble.
Out of EVERYONE, and I mean every single character that has appeared in here, everyone has done something that they should be ashamed of and should pay for, including Navier and Heinry.
Navier has excluded the previous queen, making her feel more alienated and abandoned. Not nice. Even after the attempts from the former queen to be close friends. She should had become friendly with her and ask her how things work on the western kingdom and get advice from someone who has had experience. After all, is not like the previous queen hater her and would do something that would harm Navier or her own kingdom. Navier is smart enough to not find out if that was the case.
Heinry stole the magic from the wizards of the Eastern Kingdom. Did you guys forget about that? He has lied in one way or another to Navier about big and small things. There is something hidden that we still know nothing about and it could be even worse than harming the people of the East, and I don’t think Navier is going to let just go easily of that one.
I feel very, very bad for the handsome Duke Kaufman who’s only guilt is to have fallen in love with Navier, and even then, he has been nothing but respectful towards Navier and has suffered on his own all this time. I hope he ends up with someone who will appreciate and love him so much! He deserves that!
Trisha and the king of the east are already tasting the sweet retribution for their actions, but the way I see it, there is so much to pay that they are going to wish they were never born. Tears of blood will be cried! (I am actually hoping that this so called “heir to the empire, and future prince” will not be the king’s but instead, a result of an affair of Traishia with someone else) I have a feeling that after accusing Navier of being infertile in front of everyone, he will turn to be the infertile one!
I am glad that they finally got to their wedding…but can I just say….I hope that they will get their happy ending…soon! No offense…but I hope the angst doesn’t go on for another 100 chapters..before they get the happiness they deserve!🤞🏼
