I tried to read the novel, but it’s very bare bones. Its only 16 chapters with almost no description. This adaption seems to be expanding on it more.

I’m going to let this marinate for a bit because I think it’s going to be a while before she actually divorces and she really does put up a lot with this disgusting family (according to novel spoilers) but it will be for good! I can’t wait to read it cause according to novel updates, spoiler** the ML is her old lover Walter! She’ll use everything she learned for her and lover to get revenge. And she really stays loyal to him, never does her love waver and neither does his for her which is so beautiful. Such a refreshing change to have an author that doesn’t romanticize an awful, inconsiderate husband and lets true love exist for what it is.

There’s 70+ chapters on naver and from the comments she falls in love with the man she marries and her old lover is sick and dying.

I’ve read till ch5, I don’t like it yet since they are still talking about marriage.
1 thing is for sure, I already hated the would be ex.
The FL already has a lover, her childhood sweetheart, but the guy always failed in working since the ex’s family keeps hindering him.
The ex’s father also threatens FL’s territory so she has no choice but marry the SOB blonde ex.
Blonde ex also has a lover but he’s using FL for a year till his lover graduates, because that’s what his family wants.
Ch5 is still far away from the divorce so I’ll let it marinate, no rating yet for me.
