   @Romance fl didn’t rape him. They both did that willingly. Ml not even once Reject her.do you even know what rape is? I hate her stupidity. Ml is not innocent either. Ml is smart so he should at least try to protect her when she is pregnant. When he beat her even though she is pregnant is horrible. I know she really do hateful things but how could he beat her when she is pregnant with his child. The way you are defending him 🙄 is feel like he’s so innocent. Are you blind? They both are red flag. Also you blame her for not protecting her children. Why she is the only one who should take the blame? Is she give birth to the children alone? Ml is also a father. Both of them are responsible for their children. I am not defending fl I also hate her.
   But I hate ml more.

   This story is about a toxic relationship. BOTH the FL and ML suck.

   The comments seem to forget that the FL raped the ML for years. Someone said he groomed her, uh how? He had lost his status and was a slave in her house. She started raping him until he escaped after he was beaten because the FL accused him of raping her. This caused him to become obsessed with her.

   The FL does experience rape by her next husband and I feel for her there. But then she keeps defending her rapist ex-husband and crying for him. This causes the ML to beat her while she is pregnant with his children. The ML definitely acts despicable after that but the FL continues to act stupid while there. She willingly has his children but fails to protect them because she is worried about being seen as a mistress? Huh? She was raping the ML while she had a whole fiance. She knows he is obsessed with her and doesn’t want the fiance they are forcing on him but she fails to use that to protect not only her herself but her children. She is very self centered. One of her babies is sick (not latching on) and she doesn’t tell anyone but her friend. All she does is act apathetic and worry about her house’s name not falling and her reputation. Not her children, one eventually dies and which is just the story’s fuel for us to hate the ML.

   Not a fan of these types of stories because they trivialize the fact the FL raped the ML for years using her status. She accused him of rape and repeatedly beat his secretary which she mistaked for his lover. The ML and secretary are nearly beaten to death right before they qre saved and he is put back on the throne. They both are toxic and gross.

   It’s a pretty dark and twisted story and I don’t think it’s romanticising abusive behaviour and what so on, it’s more like the story reflects desperation and dark desires. It’s a story that could reflect someone’s reality. So if you want a story with sunshine and rainbows, don’t read this. But if you can handle the darkness, go for it.

   Dropping this. Romanticizes rape, violence, child abuse that it became a cycle. Hated the trashy character of the ML aside from grooming, raping, beating the pregnant ML, he gave their daughter to his fiancé however the baby end up dying because of neglect by starving the baby to death. No matter how the FL pleaded to the ML to have their baby back, he didn’t budge, never showed remorse and just reasoned that they still have a son. He even suggested to FL if she wanted more children in the future. Stupid FL still ends up forgiving him.
