Ahh, that makes sense when you view it as someone needing to “take responsibility,” so I guess she’s the scapegoat since she was the main one involved and exposed the whole thing. I just viewed the ban as punishment (that she didn’t deserve). Thanks for clearing that up!

probably because a lot of people died, including some nobles who were corrupt from the beginning, but since a lot of nobles were removed from the list due to the rebellion, whether they died or striped of power, the “balance” between nobles and imperial family was broken as well. aaron and herman’s family were there to balance the powers of each side, but now it was destroyed and it’s tipping a lot towards the imperial family. so they needed someone to “take responsibility”, someone preferably from the royal side to maintain the baalnce. it’s an obscured and unfair happening but it is what it is

I don’t get why they would banish the hero who helped bring light to the truth behind the empire and banish them as a substitution for someone else hopefully the ban is short like 1 year. I guess I could look at this way were her ban is her holiday/rest from the palace 🥲
