Ughhh I hate the grandpa, but it’s natural he wants to help his grandson. Old people are like that, even my semi-toxic granny. She would help her favorite child (mommas boy) who abandoned and betrayed her in a heartbeat. Yet, my mom who she never really tried to bond with who has taken care of her when no one else in the family would still get treated like sh*t.
My uncle even threatened my mom and I when we tried to warn/save his entitled daughter from doxxing herself to pedophiles. If I were my granny, that would be UNFORGIVABLE.
Aunt is super controlling and manipulative, like my uncle isn’t allowed to own a touch screen phone, has no idea what FB is, and isn’t even allowed to grow hair on his head bc it’s too “expensive” while she wears Gucci and racks up massive debt. He’s not completely innocent tho, he knows his wife is a Karen and trusted her over his own family. Who, in fact, won’t admit saved his daughter’s life in a close call incident. Despite the strained family relationship bc she’s better off being a toxic entitled brat who’s alive than dead. 🙄
