Isn’t it as ““simple”” as him purposely breaking his arm every day and having her heal it?? Maybe just dislocating it would work but either way ouch. Still tho, that would allow her to use her powers. Alternatively, the more “evil” route would be if they have any lifetime prisoners or people they need to torture/interrogate she could harm and heal them….
