Most of the FL that try to abolish the social class stuff are transmigrator. The FL here is someone who has been living her life in that time, with no experience from our modern society. She’s used to the society of her world. Plus, there’s also her past(flashback in past chapters) watching unhappy ending for those noble x commoner iirc.
Other than what @Dididiego said, she was also very confidence that Haniel isn’t his child. And strongly believed the paternity test was wrong. Right now, we just need her sister to clarify everything.
With that said, I’m also annoyed that this is taking so long. While it is understandable, her trying to find fault still irks me. I hope she’ll drag her sister there soon and make her clarify Haniel’s status. Out of everyone, that child is the most pitiful. She wants FL and ML to be her parents but FL keep denying her because FL knew she’s not.

nah fl is normal, she isn’t even sure of her feeling right now, she is started dating him out of pitty so asking her to enter nobillity as a commoner is basically asking to suffer unless you really really love the guy wich again she isn’t sure of it, think about it even if the law change the people view of her won’t so she will have tons of enemies and tons of fake friends that are afraid of ml, the only people that she can be safe with would be the servants but because of hierarchy she wound’t be able to open up completely with them, i might be overthinking but this is my view
