The plot is dumb and I don’t think anyone likes the Duke, she just took too long to clear up the misunderstanding. I didn’t understand why she was so vague. And honestly why tell him she’s not your child and not reveal your sister? He obviously knows nothing about her or her family. She could say it’s her little sister, a cousin, or child of a brother. Misunderstanding trope sucks here because it makes no logical sense.

There is always chance that he actually IS biological father of little one since there is no info about her dad. He may got drunk and not remember that he slept with her sister or he was drunk and thought it is actually Sierra. But that is just my fantasy going wild.
