   You know, she also could just say she wanted a safe place to practice her powers while buying the mountain. That would be a lot less suspisious and weird. A barren land would be perfect for her powers. The snow mountain is ‘cursed’ so she can’t go there, and the knights can’t stay long enough for her practicing, but a barren mountain shouldn’t have those problems. Than she could secretly seek for the mine and ‘accedentially’ find it.
