If he climbs down with Theo he can get to the 1st floor easily. Even if he has to climb floor by floor, he has body guards from 99th so he’ll be fine. Also isn’t he at the top floor now? I don’t remember the lore very well but wouldn’t he conquer the tower now he’s at the waypoint? Then he can prob get straight to the 1st or gain access to all the floors as a prise

@Ae rin, Nop, in the near future he can’t leave the tower, his pressence will be so powerfull that his aura can be mortal withing 1 mile distance XD it was so funny !!!

Just my guess, for Sejun to get out from the tower is that he will heal the disease which Aileen has n then the elder of the dragons will eventually help him to go out excepting the rules of the tower. Ofc, that still a long journey for the story to come up.
