It isn’t said anywhere that he is weaker then floor 1st monsters, and anyone can defeat dried wood with fire that’s a common sense, also the point is if it’s any other 99th floor monster he would be wiped our instantly.

This guy killed a massive amount of 99th floor beasts but he is still weaker than first floor one how boring

well he is a farmer, not a fighter. He has a farming oriented job, not a fighting one. It would be weird if he would get overly strong, not to mention his own strength of producing unique items, or the literal army that now sourounds them, that can make quick work of any first floor monster.
Not to mention you said yourself he killed massive amounts of 99th floor beasts, he is stronger than some floor 1 monster, his flames can kill floor 99th monster without problems, so he could easily handle floor 1 monsters, your own complain is a contradiction in itself.
