I seriously do thing something is up with Theo- something neither he or anyone else is aware of. I think he might have some actual special abilities or powers, not only for this time, but also for being such a good persuader(lets be honest his stubbornness in getting good deals would never really work), and also for him being drawn to powerful artifacts that he brings back to Sejun(which might be the same power that made him come to Sejun at the lake in this chapter).
