well i can tell you all a little spoiler about the situation so when jin woo use the cup of reincarnation
he solved the monarch problem but the absence of a ruler brought the outer gods into his dimention so he is fighting then in space but he hasnt been in contat with suho and he sealed his powers away too so he doesnt yet know that cha hae is missing but he will send beru to unlock suho’s powers and then he will know the whole situation.
