I love that it’s realistic by making him really pathetic at the beginning. I changed jobs and even though I’m not weak, I never did this particular job and didn’t have the muscles for it. So my first week was hell trying to develop the muscles I needed.
With that logic, even the ppl working out at the gym, didn’t train in combat and sure they might have some of the muscles needed for it but they also developed muscles that they didn’t need and will get slowed down by that unnecessary bulk.
