Nah, Josef doesn’t really seem like he’d be a good leader going by everything we’ve seen. Vlad fell into his lap by pure luck, so it wasn’t as if he recruited him. He just tricked him into that situation under the guise of thanks. Hardly honorable considering the theme of this Manhwa seems to be honor. Vlad and everyone there also followed the laws passed down by the first king, so they did nothing wrong. They should be commended. If knights allow whole villages to be wiped out, increasing the strength of their enemies, simply because the village is in another territory, then they have failed their kingdom and will lose the war. If josef is not able to support his knights, who followed the laws of the first king, then he has no right to command them.
