At first this manhwa was quite interesting. But when I read until chapter 9, I was disappointed. Because FL looks like a cheater. A few days before she promised marriage to ML. But then accepted SML’s engagement invitation. and as if convincing ML that it was just a contractual engagement. What if the situation was reversed. ML would definitely be labeled trash. Big NO for FL.

I don’t it’s that bad. It’s true that this manhwa isn’t particularly excellent, but giving 1-3 stars/rating is just harsh. The MC isn’t stupid. She’s just normal and if you think that she’s a pushover, well I can’t really refute. Imho the reason why she acts that way is because she totally isn’t familiar with the new world and she was just a child. Who would want to be sent to “orphanage”? In this context, it is no different from slavery. And who would guarantee that the duke and duchess would treat her the way we readers expect if she acted too smart like other “smart” and sharp MCs? And again, it’s just that in fact, she’s normal, not a kinda sharp person and what’s wrong with that? Can’t an author write about even unintelligent character? It’s just like people in RL. There are good and bad people, and there are smart and the opposite people. And the normies. So tell me what’s wrong with that? You can’t bash someone’s work just because it’s not your cup of tea. Lastly, if there’s something I’d like to criticize, umm… it’s the way the author execute the overused topic/theme. I personally give it 4/5.

Wow people, cool your jet-fighter engines. This is a really entertaining read so far and I’ll explain. You’ve got an ML with an actual personality besides obsessed and RBM, he’s terrified of his mother in a hilarious way. The adoptive parents are supportive and wonderful, with a strong relationship. The FL made a decision the NOT run away back into POVERTY, and instead tries to build up money first. You know, the thing adults, much less CHILDREN, need to survive? Instead of jumping onto the “omg it must be incest” bandwagon, why not do actual research first, like I don’t know, reading the story? A solid 4/5, not just because I’m petty and spiteful, but because it’s actually fun.
