I think Nanny did this to ensure luna’s Patriarch position or at least to encourage her. It happened purely for dominance & arrogance in the name of Duty & mostly love. I think it was out of line but in manga it’s common & by the way most of the time the character doesn’t know about that, so Luna is Good to go.
Well yeah a nannys a huge possibility afterall to become a nanny at runcandel u need to be 6 star atleast u cant expect them to not take advantage of that and pull some shit, gilly just made different her loyalties unmatched
