I watched my mom go through something like this. But not only was it her best friend, she was also married to moms older brother. But because of that I didn’t get to say goodbye to him I was his little shadow my mom had to go alone with no support or shoulder to lean on although my uncle was allowed this courtesy by bringing my aunt luckily my other uncle was there for her. They didn’t even tell us he was sick till after he died the day before his funeral. Then in 99 when my uncle my mom’s favorite big brother who never sided with them and was their for her at my papas funeral
was killed because of neglect on a huge construction site. They worked behind my mom’s back and stole property that he had bought for her and also stole his new property and possessions with out telling us or his 2 sons there is alot more but I don’t want to talk about it anymore.

As for the child in her womb, it is the rightful heir, the kid with the wh**e is illegitimate because he was born out of wedlock. So therefore that disqualified him from inheritance so once her new man takes the wealth, she can then through her child take the lands,deeds, and titles, leaving them all with nothing.
