I watched my mom go through something like this. But not only was it her best friend, she was also married to moms older brother. Thankfully my dad realized he made a huge mistake and worked his ass off to be better and succeeded they remarried and stayed together till my dad passed in 2018. My aunt passed in 2012 after getting divorced from my uncle in 2006. The really crazy thing was even though my mom was a victim along with her brother my grandparents and other family turned on not only my dad but my mom and me, my little brother, and little sister. And also treated my uncle, and aunt who started all this like royalty. They even banned my dad from coming to my great grandfather’s funeral, and he loved my dad more than his son in law, my grandfather or his own daughter my grandmother because they valued money, status, and appearances over all else. But because of that I didn’t get to say goodbye to him I was his little shadow my mom had to go alone with no support or shoulder to lean on although my uncle was allowed this courtesy by bringing my aunt luckily my other uncle was there for her. They didn’t even tell us he was sick till after he died the day before his funeral. Then in 99 when my uncle my mom’s favorite big brother who never sided with them and was their for her at my papas funeral
was killed because of neglect on a huge construction site. They worked behind my mom’s back and stole property that he had bought for her and also stole his new property and possessions with out telling us or his 2 sons there is alot more but I don’t want to talk about it anymore.

The Duke that found her is the one that owns the mining equipment so he will take they’re wealth. As for the child in her womb, it is the rightful heir, the kid with the wh**e is illegitimate because he was born out of wedlock. So therefore that disqualified him from inheritance so once her new man takes the wealth, she can then through her child take the lands,deeds, and titles, leaving them all with nothing. I just hope the 2 good maids will stay on Jirenias side..
