It’s not that MC coward or anything. Author just deploy cliche tactics which is frustrating induced plot, using MC with trauma and just to stir MC brain a bit to make him do stupid decision. Well if MC deny what the elder want and said ” I will you wrong, I’m strong bla bla…” This is more cliche right??? Even though I don’t like MC did this because it cheap way for author to expand/milk the content more, it was better than fast pace plot because of bullshit cliche. Why I called stupid cliche if MC stand his ground?? Because author can easily make it the stupid decision by making FL injured/kidnapped ect. Well elder brought FL back can make this happened too, by using “there are spy in black dragon clan”….. So ultimately author are not genius enough to create a good idea in this plot.
