I know some people say he had dad energy and was raising the dragon girl but I don’t think so…. I think she is just a lazy person, partly because entitled dragon heir?
it’s just her physique with her personality gives a childish feeling, but she is honestly just like a lazy roommate, and she has her own way of rationalising that might be okay for a non-human being, like how she gets the job done in high pressure situations without emotional/ethical hang ups. Plus, there’s definitely a partnership there from years of working together, not a ‘raising a kid’ feeling…she may feel immature but maybe, that’s just the human lens – if a visibly adult looking person did the same, it wouldn’t seem so childish. And these are two people who have been through war, gore and tough shit that is just implied, so maybe it’s okay for them to joke around and be childish and vulnerable with each other…
