Well in my opinion… I don’t think so but also agrees with you.. because she did not regress which means that she retained her age which is (I guess) slightly younger than the dad, it’s just that her body which changed.. And if what you said is true, then she might be the eldest daughter of Belzeon, moreover, we also need to consider the age gap between the FL and the eldest son…
but there’s also this theory of mine which is also connected to yours.. wherein the FL is really the daughter of Belzeon but because fl’s mother is fairy, there’s this timelapse (idk what it’s called) and fl’s mother had the FL in the future.. but I think that’s impossible.. though it’s just my theory..
By the way, I feel like the plot is similar to ‘saving the villain who was abandoned by the female lead’ while the art style is also similar to Roxana.. well anyway, this story is great, and it has its own unique style.. thank you for the author, the layout artist and to all those people who created this.. I hope that you continue this work.
