We’re not sure about that 😆 since the FL have fairy powers maybe she grow faster while practicing her ability or using a potion ? And I see on the first chapter the biological mother of FL died after birth.
Also it didn’t indicate what’s cause of death Late Countess while pregnant. She’s just look sickly death bed
