The guy in the disciplinary team that MC thinks is suspicious from this i think he is part of the headmasters plan and stopped mc from interferring on the patrol for the sake of a bigger plan. Kind of like Sasuke’s big brother Itachi. Looks like the bad guy but is dancing between the lines of villain and hero to achieve a greater goal. If this is not the case then i hope its something better
