This has gotten so dumb. The writer gave us just not ONE scene of Arthur being underestimated by guards / being a dick to the guards when they’re just doing their job but TWO. Like holy shit give this man a hallpass. How many scenes do we need to see with guards thinking Arthur can’t pass through. Also he destroyed the house holding the gate so he could fly out with Sylvie? That’s needed for protecting the gate. Utterly irresponsible.
And omg don’t get me started on Goodsky falling into a coma off-screen, we leave her there for however long, and the END RESULT IS SHE DIES OFF SCREEN WITH NO EXPLANATION. She got arrested off screen. She revealed her info off screen. She fell into a coma off screen. And then she died off screen with no explanation as to why now right when Arthur shows up. Author needs to smoke less weed. No wonder the anime is trash.
