Adam dies offscreen just like Goodsky. Way to do them dirty to make this edgy. What single insight or good thing did Goodsky leaking info and succumbing to the curse lead to? Also this is the only emotional payoff we get after how torn up his parents were about Arthur’s reveal? Two throwaway lines. No, “You’re still our son. Even if you remember parts of your past life…. Who’s to say your Mom and I won’t remember parts of our own past lives at some point?” Or “Maybe we would have never had a child without you… maybe someone sent you to us so we could have a child. And maybe someone sent you not just for us but for all of Dicathen” Or “it doesn’t matter what could have been. What matters is now. And you’re our son, here and now.” Or a million other options.
Three chapters devoted to the reveal and three lines acknowledging it like nothing really happened.
