I strongly agree with the comment below, the hype for this manhwa is beyond anything, it’s a very good read, I know but it is definitely overrated, I would not say it’s peak bcz I haven’t read what people call “peak” so in my case I’d say that at best this is in the top 50 overall with an exaggeration of course, the author is definitely dragging it out, and I support him for it, like it’s not the typical that the Mc suddenly gets a power up bcz he remembered shit from his previous life and he’s actually working super hard, heck I even started pushing myself , doing more pushups bcz he’s younger than me, of course not counting his previous life , so back to the point, the author is definitely also learning, I believe it can be better, but I also do know that is definitely better than many manhwas I have read, I know I say that comparing is not my thing but you can’t measure something without comparing.
Hoping that this will also like progress character development in romance or even just get them started.

I’ll be honest, I have read innumerable manhwas, and I can confidently say that I both love and hate this story in particular. I love how the author tried for once out of originality, to create a story with a real character development, with a real very strong character with complex emotions, thinking and morality. That’s an amazing feat, and I think that the author of TBATE has adapted one if not the best way to build a freaking intense and captivating story with a truly OP MC, but with it’s ups and downs, and trust me I love all of that. The problem resides not on the art that changed, because to be honest I prefer this one instead of the previous one, but that’s subjective, not on the inconsistent perceived power of Art, not many other things, but only in how the hype is built up. In fact the author seems to be passionate about letting, every now and then, the readers think that this is the moment, this is when Art will truly become invincible, this is when the story will change from a strong MC to an OP one… but the same thing with the romantic story behind, seems like Art finally will kiss Tess, finally we will get what we all were waiting for…. And every time this kind of pleasurable feeling builds up, the author doesn’t take long to let us all know how wrong we were.
