Yes Emiliano was naive to think that someone like Ines (status wise) could have ha happy life with her. I think in a way she truly loved him, but only because she suffered. For people who are in pain, the smallest relief feels like being saved. But for her to be truly happy, she should be with Carcel. In status and in the way he loves her, he is the perfect match. I hope for a happy ending 🙂
