@MissDeVoid please be reminded that he too was a kid back then. He admitted in the past chapters that he is being petty and all. Remember also that his childhood traumas can be connected to her since first, her mother was his father’s first love, making his father ignore his mother who died being depressed (died because of demons not of depression) because of it. Another thing he hated was related to that, he resents Agnes because she insisted on calling him on the day she died and he was angry that her whim caused him to not be with his mother in her last moments. She also acts obsessed, but that may not be relevant to my point. So, in the end, his reactions are just right. (I yap a lot, I know, doing akshuwaly 🤓☝️ in a comment sections full of kids, but I just want to defend the characters that do not deserve the hate)
